I AM A WELLNESS WARIOR!!
My personal health journey began after years of frustration, trying to understand what was going on inside my body, and why it seemed like there were simply no answers. I decided to take matters into my own hands and began researching more holistic approaches to personal health to understand and treat the root causes of my symptoms. This experience developed my desire to become a certified health coach to help empower others seeking their own health transformation.
