Hi, I’m Karen

I know what it’s like to feel frustrated, searching for answers that never seem to come. 

It was navigating my own health journey that led me to become a certified health coach. In my coaching practice, I combine 16 years experience in healthcare and advocacy, a passion for nutrition and transparency in our food labels, and a Health Coach Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

Now, I am honored to help others live a well-balanced, nourished, and fully present life by uncovering root causes and creating sustainable change.  

I partner with my clients (and their healthcare team if needed) to provide support, guidance, motivation, and a whole-person approach, so you can finally feel energized, nourished, and truly well.
